FDA status and no medical claims
There are no FDA-approved kratom drugs. FDA states that kratom cannot lawfully be marketed as a dietary supplement or added to conventional food. State permission does not override federal requirements. The availability of bulk extract, a laboratory report, a disclaimer, or business-only sales does not establish federal approval, safety, or lawful intended use. FDA and Kratom.
We do not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or that they are safe, nonaddictive, or suitable for a particular person. We do not provide medical or dosing advice.
Potency, testing, and formulation
A potency request must identify the alkaloid and a unit such as milligrams per milliliter or another agreed reference measure. Our reference to 5 mg increments is a formulation discussion, not a dose or serving recommendation. No numeric base strength is established by the website illustrations. Custom requests require legal and technical review.
A result for one tested sample is not a guarantee about every batch, every contaminant, future stability, or every finished product made from an extract. Before any sale or further processing, the applicable specification, batch documentation, final label, handling conditions, and lawful intended use must be assessed. Website warnings do not replace legally required product labels, testing, or manufacturing controls.
U.S. destinations and resale
U.S. business inquiries only, with sales limited to permitted products and destinations. Kratom, extracted alkaloids, concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), and synthetic derivatives may be regulated differently. State and local bans, concentration limits, age restrictions, licensing, and labeling rules may apply. We will not knowingly ship a prohibited product or ship to a prohibited destination. An inquiry does not establish shipping eligibility. See the state shipping guide; the specific product and delivery address still require review.
Buyers are responsible for their own processing, consumer labeling, advertising, age controls, storage, distribution, and resale. Partners remains responsible for its own legal duties. Do not interpret these disclosures as a waiver of nonwaivable rights or a substitute for an agreed supply contract.
