Kratom laws & extract shipping.
Leaf and extract can have different rules. Here’s where each state stands.

This guide is for the bulk liquid kratom extract we offer.

“Leaf allowed” does not mean extracts are allowed. A restriction on synthetic or high-7-OH products does not automatically ban every natural extract. Read the specific distinction below. Partners serves business representatives age 21+ even where state law sets a lower age.

No extract shipping

Partners will not ship its extract here.

Restrictions apply

State rules apply. Compliance review comes before any shipment.

Review required

Product status or destination needs confirmation. Shipping stays on hold.

This is a dated overview, not legal advice or a shipping approval. State summaries are not exhaustive. Federal law, city/county and Tribal rules, intended use, composition, labeling, and licensing can change the result. “No blanket ban identified” describes the sources reviewed; it does not mean unrestricted or lawful for every use. We recheck before accepting a shipment.
